Muslim singles will most commonly be found on the internet, as it has encouraged and also captured the imagination of several Muslims in the last few years. Those who are single, and who are Muslims in search of a life partner may use the services of matrimonial sites. These matrimonial sites will be exclusively for the Muslims to use. Singles can be matched from any part of the world, and that makes these services more exciting. There is also a difference between dating as well as marriage services. It is common in some Western countries, for some Muslims to date.

This is not approved by the Koran though. Singles who are Muslims must only meet people of the opposite sex if they want to marry.
